Sun-dried in the region of Sidamo, Ethiopia, we make sure the coffee we source goes through the traditional natural drying techniques used by locals for many generations in order to get the full flavour & body of every coffee bean produced. Our Arabica coffee is grown at an altitude of approximately 2200 metres above sea level. 

Our coffee is medium dark roasted to bring out the blueberry notes in the flavour. 100% Arabica 

Our coffee is single sourced, seasonal & sustainable.
